The coaching program will be limited to 8 businesses or couples per group. Our purpose is to meet your needs by having a smaller and more interactive group that creates accountability. We expect active participation from you! Joint Ventures grow out of our groups.

Mastermind Intensive program works in sync with the above Core Mastermind Program. In 90 days you will have:
- A clear cut plan of action
- A clear vision
- An executable business plan designed to fit your skills
- You will be required to do homework

- We spend an 8 hour day with you in the field (in your office or with you when you go to make an offer, when you go to evaluate a property, etc.) 9am to 5pm ---- $999 8hrs
- Spend 1/2 day as above ----$599 4hrs
The time is very structured and is pre-planned with step by step details. You will have our full attention and we will be fully focused on your objectives to produce the desired result.

This program is for the serious investor who wants to create a business in Real Estate. Only fully committed individuals will be accepted. You will walk side by side learning at an accelerated pace with your mentors. You will be "in The Game" with our Team!
