Currently a Board Member serving with the Triad Real Estate Investment Association. Began investing in real estate in 1996 and transitioned to full time Real Estate Investing in 2004. Founder of T&R Residential Properties, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC. Committed to a long term hold strategy in real estate; focused on wealth building through the employment of all aspects of creative and traditional real estate investing. Highly active Real Estate Service Provider, having creatively bought and sold homes in the Triad Community and surrounding area utilizing techniques such as cash purchase, lease options, subject to investing, owner finance, self-directed IRAs, joint ventures and partnerships.
Retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer and former corporate Environmental Health and Safety Director for a Houston, TX based company with responsibility for twelve states representing the South Region of the United States.
